Attached to this item is the a zip file containing:

-SGM Agenda
-The attachments to the AGM and SGM notice
-Draft AGM Minutes
-Draft SGM Minutes

There are a number of documents missing from this pack including:

-a copy of the audited financial reports
-a copy of the annual statement to Fair Trading

These final documents will be circulated as soon as possible.
